I worked as an IBX engineer in Equinix data center, contributing to the monitoring and maintenance of network and IT resources and ensuring availability. I support in maintaining customer SLAs by following the process guidelines related to every activity. Also I partake in incident ticketing, troubleshooting and resolution.

I am able to use both Windows and Linux OSes.
