I’m a highly motivated and compassionate healthcare support professional with a strong academic background in Microbiology and hands-on experience in caregiving and customer service. Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with patients and clients in both hospital and home care settings, where I provided vital support ranging from checking vital signs to offering companionship and emotional care. My experience has deepened my love for the healthcare sector and strengthened my desire to pursue further education in nursing.

One of my greatest strengths is communication. I genuinely enjoy engaging with people—whether it’s responding to inquiries, handling calls, or simply offering a listening ear. My experience in customer service has taught me how to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused, even when handling difficult conversations. I’m always eager to learn the appropriate etiquette for professional phone handling and adapt quickly to new systems or tools.

I’m also detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. While scheduling appointments may not be my top area of expertise, I am open and excited to learn it along with any other administrative tasks required to support my team or clients.

In addition to my healthcare background, I hold certifications in caregiving, CPR, and Basic Life Support (BLS). I’ve also volunteered my skills in community outreach, offering health education and wellness checks to individuals who could not afford hospital care. These experiences have helped me develop a well-rounded perspective on health, wellness, and client support.
