I am a marketing executive/customer support personnel. I studied Library and Information Science from University of Nigeria, Nsukka where I obtained my degree certificate with second class upper division in 2014.
I have participated and obtained certification from different institutions and organization in order to well equip myself. Some of the organizations are; Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management (CICRM), Librarian's Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN) and others.
I worked as a marketing officer with Union bank, Nigeria from December, 2017 to August, 2020. While at Union bank, I was saddled with the responsibilities of gaining customers for the bank, selling the bank's products and services, attending to customer's queries/complaints, retention of existing customers among others. These I did with utmost dedication and diligence.
An enthusiastic young fellow who is open to learning new things, a great team player, organised and love working in an environment where dedication and hardwork are appreciated.
