Role:
Acting as a team lead for 4 members supporting various labels & studios across multiple locations. Responsible for setting up individual & team goals, tracking their progress and conducting annual appraisals.
Working as a primary FP&A contact for the Corporate SG & A Team with an annual budget of $9 Million. Responsible for preparing its annual budget, setting up Staff month rates by project, working on quarterly reforecast, conducting variance analysis calls etc
Posting of Month-end accrual entries (Bonus and 401 K) and Re-class entries for IT and Non-IT departments.
Worked as a Finance Lead for FP&A exercise of Global IT Shared services with a total budget of $39.5M.
Partnering with accounting, investor relations, and the rest of the global FP&A team in preparation of the quarterly earnings book used in the earnings call. Key reports; trended P&L’s & platform performance reports.
Prompting the global finance transformation effort including operating expense analysis, capital expenditure reporting, and headcount reporting and process improvements.
