I've been a call center agent for 6 approximately 6 years now. I've been a Technical Support Representative and at the same time a Customer Service Associate. I have a keen eye for checking every details of the information being provided to me, also having articulate and good phone manners. I used to assist american people, I have expertise in resolving customer's issue regarding their internet connections, emails, cable service and home phone service.
