I'm a customer service professional who has been working in the industry for over 6 years. Most of my work experience has been with international companies. I've worked with telecommunication and phone provider companies in assisting customers with questions regarding use of company services such as internet, cable, email and some of their billing issues.

I know my way around and am very organized with good time management. 

I think quickly and have good problem solving skills which allow me to address customer complaints or issues in a professional manner and assist them in coming to a resolution.
