I am a focused, enthusiastic, and highly adaptable individual with a solid background in both science and customer service. With a degree in Biotechnology from Nile University and a track record of excelling in roles that require precision, empathy, and communication, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge and people skills to the table.

My journey started in the lab, where I worked on data analysis and carried out DNA extraction and gel electrophoresis. Later, at Contec Global, I applied my scientific training to agricultural innovation, helping mass-produce environmentally friendly fungi that protect crops — all while analyzing data to improve efficiency. These roles developed my attention to detail, ability to follow through on tasks, and analytical thinking.

But my true strength lies in customer interaction. At Premium Pension Limited, I served as the first point of contact for clients, offering support both in-person and over the phone. I actively listened, empathized, and solved problems—helping customers recapture data, open new accounts, and retrieve account statements. I became very comfortable using Excel, scanning documents, and uploading them onto specialized platforms like Fund Fusion. My communication skills, professionalism, and warm approach helped me build trust quickly.

At 24 Hours Group — a remote, U.S.-based towing company — I further honed my customer service and operations skills. I managed both inbound and outbound calls, turned inquiries into actual service jobs, and handled follow-ups with drivers and customers. I also learned to navigate Zoho CRM, where I analyzed customer data and ensured jobs were completed with care. This role sharpened my ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high-quality service — even across time zones.

What sets me apart is my genuine passion for helping people and solving problems. Whether it’s in a lab, a pension office, or a fast-paced call center, I adapt quickly, stay organized, and bring a friendly voice and a strong work ethic to every task. I’m fluent in English and Hausa, with some knowledge of Arabic, and I enjoy learning, reading, and keeping active through sports.
