I began my career in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Representative, where I handled high-volume customer calls related to connectivity issues, device troubleshooting, and billing inquiries. My primary goal was to ensure customer satisfaction through fast, effective resolutions. This role sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my multitasking abilities, and taught me to remain calm and composed under pressure.

I later transitioned into sales roles as a Sales Representative or Appointment Setter, where I focused on outbound calling, engaging potential clients, and securing appointments. These experiences developed my resilience, persuasive communication, and ability to build rapport quickly.

I believe I’m a strong fit for the job roles because I combine technical know-how with empathy-driven communication. I’m eager to learn new tools, adapt to new environments, and treat every opportunity with dedication—as if it were the only job in the world.
