For over four years, I've worked in the BPO industry as technical support,
customer care representative, sales representative, and billing specialist. I've
worked for a telecommunications firm, a utility company, and one of the
country's largest credit card organizations. I've also worked as an appointment
setter and virtual assistant for a Real Estate Agent, and as an In-Person
Marketing Supervisor in a law enforcement training center, where my
