I worked my way up slowly and credibly with all the companies/teams I worked with. My latest work experience is being a Quality Assurance for a Travel Account. This experience includes a bit of data analysis where we figure out what would be the common markdowns, errors, or issues, that we have to report to our managers. From then on, we brainstorm what needs to be tailor-fitted for agents to do better Customer Service or if it's a process-related error. I have been working in Customer Service for more than 7 years now and I always like to think that my strength in that department got me to my recent work experience.
