I have 10 years of experience in the banking industry as customer service. Also worked in the BPO industry as a collections specialist for 4 years, bankruptcy office for 4 years for an Australian Bank. Currently working as an Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter for real estate agents in South Florida. Basically, I call leads in our data base who wants to sell or buy a property and set them up to meet face face with one of the realtors. I managed all their calendars just to be sure it is correct and up to date all the time.I also do follow ups on all the leads that they've met until they've closed on the property just to ensure we are delivering our services as expected.

Right now my boss has entrusted me to hire other ISA's and train them as well.
