Hello, I am Aileen, I have 11 years of work experiences as Customer Service Representative. I am a simple person, honest, patient and hard working. I have the skills to do research and data entry of customer names, mailing address, phone numbers, account numbers and put it on excel spreadsheet of customer information because the line of business of my job is to call the customers, insurance and dealer for verifying the payment and check number of the bank through car loan, and also I analyze the document or the image from the CRM (customer relationship management) to analyze the customer concern or request (example: customer want to auto-draft the payment through online banking or auto-debit to their account) so that I can assist the customer diligently and nice through customers comments.
