Over the last 10 years working as Customer Service Representative/Support. I have developed a good oral and written communication skills. Been an expert customer service agent, can work under pressure and with minimum supervision. Has good interpersonal skills and strategic thinker with a positive attitude,initiative,able to work in a fast-paced environment. Has the ability to multi-task,adapt to change and achieve results with accuracy. Can work both independently and as a team member.

To continue my desire to grow as a person and enhance my capability to work and serve people of different cultures and characteristic, my determination responsibility and enthusiasm had been highly motivated to be able to succeed in my field of endeavor.

In my previous role as CSR to American Medical Supply, an E-commerce company who sells medical equipment, incontinence products and other medical related items. I am accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. The role requires a high degree of maturity, patience and humility since we cater to people with disability.
