I have worked, for almost six years, in one of the most reputable BPO companies in the Philippines, I am excellent in communication skills, I've been doing inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. I am good in decision effectiveness, in my job we carefully review and analyze our client's account and investigates on a possible transaction and identity theft within a client's account. My job is to identify possible suspicious transactions, changes in personal information, trace highly suspicious transactions. I'm also good in conflict resolution, I look for other safe alternatives on how the client can still use, manage, and move funds within their account in case fraud is present. I'm also doing great in teamwork and in leadership, I have been a cluster leader several times in most of the teams that I have been with and I know how to self motivate and motivate my teammates.
I am also a registered nurse right even before I became a fraud analyst, I shifted career for a while due to financial reason but I've been reviewing, studying, and reading articles and documents about nursing since then so that I can still be updated and still have knowledge even though I have a different career, as of the moment. I can be a virtual assistant or a transcriber although I have no experience yet on those fields. I am very capable and willing to learn everything like what I did when I shifted from being a nurse to being a fraud analyst and I can certainly work under pressure.
