Recruitment
Social Media posting such as linkedin, instagram, facebook and twitter.
Advertise job postings in different job portals and newspapers, source candidates, screen applicants, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate hiring efforts with managers responsible for making the final selection of candidates. Facilitate job offers. Conduct exit interview for resigned employees.
