I have 5+ years of experience working with different organizations such as British Airways, American Express, Google, and Cvent. Throughout all the years of working with such prestigious organizations, one thing I have learned is, with a little bit of patience, will to listen, and sharing experiences goes a long way regardless of how frustrated a customer might be. At the end of the day, we are all humans and sometimes, we just need to vent out. That's where the customer services comes into picture. We not only listen but also understand by trying to step into the customer's shoes and experience what he/she might be going through. Then, we provide a solution or an alternate to the best of our knowledge basis on the options that are available within the organization. At times we go extra miles, again, depending on the kind of situation we are in.
