I am passionate about quality, I love to find a bug. I am an excellent team player such that I have been described as having an energy that would be missed in my last role, I have excellent knowledge of scrum having been a dual role as QA and Scrum master while in fidelity and my team were always impressed with the way I ran the ceremonies, I also facilitated "Agility Health" sessions for other teams in fidelity, Agility Health is an external vendor who partnered with fidelity on a quarterly basis to get a quarterly measure of the teams agile practices. 

I am a self starter, I worked as QA for a team of 8 developers and QA was my remit, I brought a test approach to 3 amigo meetings where we developed stories in Jira prior to bringing the story to the team, thus building quality into the stories at the earliest stage. I delivered postman collections to the team which was powerful for collaboration as a story was being developed and I delivered a test CI/CD pipeline to automate regression tests. I am keen that things should be done right and I believe in being flexible and have been up all night on a delivery, I have also taken up on-call support where required. I am dedicated to delivery and will always do my upmost to deliver quality code to production. I am really Interested in this role and would love to learn more about the role in interview.
