I'm Aicel Arago from the Philippines. I am a graduate of Business Administration Major in Management, i attended a lot of seminars regarding Business Management. I am a hard working person, can do my work with or without supervision, and efficient.
I have enough work experience, I've been in a call center for almost 5 years, I'm a Technical Support Representative and i have a sort of back ground in Customer Service. I'm very much familiar with technologies, like computers/laptops, routers/modems,gadgets,networking etc. I handled US and Australian accounts. I'm currently working as an ESL online teacher for 1 year.
