I am an exprienced Product Manager/ Product owner / Scrum master. I have always tried and execlled in areas where there is a challenge. I have always had good reviews from people who i have worked for, and i figure thats mostly becuase i take ownership, responsibility and accountability. Which despite people with amazing resumes do not offer to their employers.

Other than that what ever i am working with, who ever i am working for, once i have a product in my charge, i do whatever it takes and don't look at what the job description. That i think is another reason that people i have worked for have truly appreciated and rewarded. And i never had to ask to be rewarded.
