Prior to that, I served as the Head of Business Development and Customer Success at Everetics, where I spearheaded go-to-market strategies, streamlined client onboarding, and strengthened customer support operations for SMBs. I also bring experience in building operations from the ground up—most notably through my current role as the Founder and CEO of 3E Support, where we provide innovative call center and bookkeeping outsourcing solutions.
