I have 6 years working experience in the BPO Industry (Inbound Sales Account ). I started as a Customer Service Representative, became a Quality Assurance Representative for 2 years and a Trainer for few months before leaving my previous company. While on the Support position, part of my responsibility is to do administrative tasks like email handling, module creation using MS Powerpoint, research on how to effectively deliver the topics to discuss inside the classroom or during an open discussion with agents and managing class' information using a database.
