I’m a passionate and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer based in Vienna, Austria, with over 11 years in the field of software testing and automation. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various industries including insurance, automotive, banking, logistics, and digital transformation, which has given me a strong understanding of different business domains and testing environments.
Since 2015, I’ve had the chance to grow professionally by taking on roles such as QA Analyst, Test Automation Specialist, Test Manager, and Quality Engineering Lead. I’ve led and supported major projects for well-known companies in Austria, Germany, the U.S., and Saudi Arabia. My work has focused on both functional and automated testing, and I’ve always been committed to improving quality, efficiency, and collaboration within development teams.
I have solid hands-on experience with automation tools like Tosca, Cypress, Robot Framework, and UFT, and I’m confident in my ability to build and maintain automated test suites that save time and reduce risk. I’m also comfortable working with several programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, and VBS, and regularly use tools like Postman, SoapUI, Jenkins, Docker, and GitHub for testing, CI/CD, and version control.
In addition to my technical background, I’ve earned certifications in ISTQB Foundation Level, Agile Testing, and multiple Tosca specializations. These have helped me structure my testing approach and stay up-to-date with best practices. I’ve also completed a diploma in mobile application development and taken part in SAP training here in Austria to expand my skill set even further.
What I enjoy most about my job is problem-solving and mentoring others. I’ve led QA teams, organized training sessions, and supported colleagues through challenges, helping them grow just as I continue to learn from each experience. I consider myself highly adaptable, whether I’m working in a corporate setting or within a government organization.
I’m fluent in Arabic, English, and German, which has made communication and teamwork across cultures and regions much smoother. I’m always looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to meaningful, high-quality software solutions.
I’m now looking forward to new opportunities where I can continue to learn, lead, and make a positive impact through quality assurance and automation.
