I'm a Credit Administrator handling the intricacies of MSE (Small and Medium Enterprises) for the last 3 years. Dealing with approved limits, both ODs (Overdraft) and Loans, applying Risk Department's approvals, monitoring money movements and handling disbursements.

I have an experience in the Customer Service industry for 2 years, where I worked as a voice Representative for Du, a United Emirates Telecom company, and later as a tier two chat Representative for Etisalat Emirates.

I also have an approximately 4 years of experience in the Paper Products industry, mainly in the manufacturing of Infant's health products, Diapers. Handling production, packaging and shipping.

My skill set includes but not limited to Excel, Word, Database Administration, Credit Management, Business Operation, Business strategy, Communication, Business Startegy.
