In my current role as Functional Executive at Packages Group, I am responsible for identifying areas where AI can drive value and developing comprehensive AI solutions across various group companies. Previously, as an Expert-MT in Artificial Intelligence within the Digitization department at Packages Group, I significantly contributed to operational efficiency. I developed an AI model that successfully predicted machine downtimes, leading to increased Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). My work also included creating an advanced chatbot for machine manuals, streamlining information access for operators and production engineers, and developing various AI solutions to address FAQs and optimize HR processes, including an HR solution for resume processing and shortlisting. Furthermore, I built a chatbot for contract analysis, handling sensitive data and establishing a knowledge base for contracts, alongside performing extensive data analysis on production data from six machines.
My expertise extends to working with Large Language Models (LLMs) as an Annotator Expert at Mindrift, where I rigorously assessed and annotated LLM-generated responses against strict quality standards, consistently maintaining high accuracy in judgment consistency. My internship at Chemonics International further solidified my practical experience, where I developed AI models to streamline vaccine supply and waste prediction for provinces in Pakistan, significantly increasing efficiency and accuracy in vaccine logistics.
