I am someone who believes that growth begins the moment we choose not to stay where we are. My journey has never been a straight line, but every step has shaped who I am today—both personally and professionally. I currently work as a Team Leader in the customer experience field, a role that has taught me far more than leadership metrics or performance dashboards. It taught me patience, empathy, and the power of listening—not just to what people say, but to what they mean.
I didn’t start my career imagining I would lead teams or pursue an MBA in e-Business Management. What pushed me forward was a simple idea: I never wanted to stop learning. Over time, I found myself drawn to digital transformation and the way technology can change how people work, connect, and solve problems. This curiosity turned into a goal, and that goal became a plan. Today, I am studying while working full-time, balancing deadlines, responsibilities, and personal expectations—an experience that has strengthened my discipline and reminded me that progress is often slow, but always worth it.
In my role, I work with people from different backgrounds, each with their own challenges and strengths. What I enjoy most is helping others grow—seeing someone gain confidence, overcome a skill gap, or achieve a target they once doubted. Moments like these remind me that leadership is not about being followed, but about lifting others. I try to create a space where people feel heard, supported, and able to make mistakes without fear. That is the culture I wish someone had given me when I first started.
Outside of work and studies, I am passionate about self-development. I enjoy learning new tools, exploring ideas around digital business, and finding small ways to improve myself every day. I believe in resilience—not as a slogan, but as a mindset. Life will not always go according to plan, but I have learned to adapt, stay grounded, and keep moving.
Looking ahead, I want to play a meaningful role in digital transformation—helping organizations evolve, improving customer experiences, and leading with a human touch. I don’t just want a successful career; I want a purposeful one. With curiosity as my driver and consistency as my strategy, I am building a future that reflects who I am and who I aim to become.
