I’ve gained a diverse range of experiences over the years, blending customer service, graphic design, and business management. I started as a graphic designer, working on projects for brands like Caterpillar Inc. and Picasso Art Gallery, as well as freelancing for various clients, creating logos, social media posts, and apparel designs.

Running my family’s glasswork business further sharpened my client management, communication, and problem-solving skills. I took on the responsibility of handling customer relationships and ensuring smooth operations, which taught me the importance of delivering excellent service.

Currently, I’m a Customer Support Representative at GovAssist, where I manage tickets, live chats, and inbound calls. My experience in customer support has helped me develop strong multitasking abilities, a proactive attitude, and a focus on client satisfaction.
