My primary focus was pioneering and commercializing disruptive tech solutions in Neurosurgery, Spine, Orthopedics, Neuromodulation, and ENT. During this time, I worked closely with distributors, built strategic alliances, and led cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth targets. My leadership contributed to a remarkable annual growth rate and a diversified portfolio of AI-driven navigation systems and other advanced healthcare devices.

Later, I joined Synaptive Medical as a Regional Business Director, championing its expansion in the METIA region. There, I concentrated on robotics and AI-based surgical solutions, guiding the go-to-market strategies, distributor management, and surgeon education initiatives. My efforts not only boosted brand visibility but also empowered clinicians by equipping them with transformative, state-of-the-art surgical tools.
