About

I am a 21-year-old ambitious, dedicated, and proactive individual from Afghanistan, currently in the final year of my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Kardan University. Throughout my academic journey, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA, reflecting my strong commitment to excellence and consistent hard work. My chosen specialization is Generalized, allowing me to explore a wide range of subjects in business and develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations.

In addition to my formal education, I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. I have completed several relevant and practical courses, including the PMP course on Coursera and “Introduction to Critical Infrastructure Protection” by OPSWAT. I have also pursued specialized training in finance and management, such as Fundamentals of Finance at Sylor Academy and HP Life, Money Crisis Management at Financial Aid Afghanistan, Risk Management at UniAthena, Leadership and Management at Sylor Academy, Companies and Financial Accounting at The Open University, and QuickBooks accounting software. These courses have strengthened my skills in financial literacy, risk analysis, leadership, and operational decision-making.

My practical experience spans various roles in the humanitarian and corporate sectors. I worked as an HR intern, HR assistant, and later as the HR team leader at GAO Tek Inc., where I managed remote teams across Afghanistan and Egypt. This role sharpened my leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Additionally, I served as a procurement and contracting intern at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where I gained exposure to supply chain processes and donor compliance. I also worked as a field supervisor with UNESCO, leading local educational initiatives, and as a volunteer surveyor with UNICEF, helping collect vital data for children's welfare programs. Furthermore, I volunteered in the call center and complaints department at Aseel Humanitarian Aid, helping vulnerable communities access resources and support.

Currently, I am not employed, as I am focusing fully on completing my degree while preparing for future opportunities that align with my interests and values. I believe in using my knowledge and experience to contribute to meaningful causes and responsible business practices.

Beyond my professional and academic pursuits, I am deeply passionate about reading, calligraphy, and humanitarian activities. These interests not only keep me grounded but also enhance my creativity, focus, and empathy—qualities that I believe are essential for any professional, especially in the field of human and organizational development. I am also an active member of Women Ascension, a platform that advocates for women’s empowerment, leadership, and equality. My involvement here reflects my strong belief in social justice and equal opportunities for all.

I am fluent in Dari, Pashto, English, and Urdu, which allows me to connect and collaborate with diverse individuals across cultures and communities. I take pride in being adaptable, a fast learner, and someone who is always ready to take initiative. I am particularly passionate about education, women's empowerment, and development, and I strive to be part of projects and organizations that create real, lasting impact in these areas.

Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing both personally and professionally—learning more each day, contributing to meaningful work, and ultimately playing a role in building a better, more inclusive society. Whether in corporate environments, nonprofit organizations, or academic settings, I bring with me a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, and a deep desire to serve and lead with integrity.
