Reduce dispensing time and mixing time by relayout working process and implement handling device
We improve our liquid line by relayout working process to eliminates waiting processes and implement handling device
to make operator easier loading raw material to mixing hopper. With this implementation, initially 1 batch required 1.5
shifts, finally we reached 1 batch in 1 shift for mixing process.

We develop and implement a new way to manufacture plastic parts for machines. With a 3D printer, we can reduce

We upgraded our existing air test jig to reduce cycles. We spend a long time to test gas pipeline leaks one by one, after
modification we can perform leak testing of several gas pipelines at once.

We improved our welding process by re-layouting the welding line to reduce delivery time. Product delivery to the next
process for each workstation requires long distances, after re-layout we can reduce distance and time.

We get second hand machines that have been in operation for more than 5 years from one of our group companies. The
machine has 12 stickpack packaging lines, but can only operate 6 lines due to several problems. We are challenged to be
able to restore engine capacity to maximum condition. The result of this project is that we succeeded in reconditioning
the stickpack packaging machine and made several modifications (especially on integration with print dot) so that it can
operate perfectly at maximum capacity.

Became a pioneer in the application of 3D printers for plastic spare parts manufacturing by demonstrating the operation
of 3D printers in the engineering team. The result of this project is that we have succeeded in making many machineries
spare parts made from plastic with long durability at very little cost. Apart from that, with a 3D printer we can develop
and perfect spare part designs that suit our needs, designs that cannot even be made using conventional machining
processes.
Reduce Process Time by Modify working process of Dispensing and Mixing in Liquid line process (DIIA- - 2023

We collaborated with the production team and quality team to modify the work process sequence in dispensing and
mixing to eliminate waiting time for each process by moving the process that had the highest waiting time in dispensing
but still maintaining work quality standards in the dispensing and mixing processes. The result of this project is a
reduction in processing time for 1 batch, only taking 1 shift.
Modify air test jig for checking leakage on gas piping boiler (QCC Miura-

We collaborated with the production team to modify air test jig to reduce cycle time process. The result of this project is
a reduction in leakage testing process which 1 set of pipes could be tested in 1 cycle.

Objectives:
PT. Beta Pharmacon as the Dexa Medica group started a new factory construction project to increase production capacity. The construction of the new building will be named Plant C,
where the building has 3 floors. Consists of a production line on the 1st floor, then a utility area, multipurpose room, and canteen on the 2nd floor, and an open hall on the 3rd floor. In
this project I served as a designer and surveyor for the industrial drain system installation and MEP coordinator.

Making Software of Excavator Simulation Using Unreal Engine 4 with Skeletal Mesh Method
Objectives:
The purpose of this research is to make the simulation software of excavator with low cost which
has the controller as the real excavator using game programming software Unreal Engine 4 and
Arduino. Excavator simulation software is made with a stage concept consisting of several
missions where the missions refer to SKKNI for excavator operators in 2010.

The object of excavator is
created by Blender 3D as
skeletal mesh.
Realization:
The skeletal mesh is imported to
Unreal Engine 4 then we put
animated visualization of the track.
