I've been part of the BPO industry for 9 years. I handled customer service, both inbound and outbound campaigns, risk management and quality assurance monitoring tasks. The experience made me better my ability to multitask, enhanced my analytical skills, became objective when faced with complex and complicated issues and be well versed in adapting to other culture and way of doing and handling business.
As a virtual assistant and appointment setter my tasks evolve in running comparables, data entry, creating and sending contracts to clients and making and receiving calls for both sellers and buyers and setting of appointments with motivated leads.
