I'm a Customer support , as a customer support , I interact with the customers in other to solve their problems they may have using the products or services rendered via email. My priority is to make sure the customers are fully satisfied and convinced based on the problems they may come along with. As a Sales person, I ensure I convince people by interacting with them on the product and services the company have, it's usefulness and long lasting the products are. I can use CRM tools like Hubspot, Freshdesk, etc for Customer Support. While for Sales representative, tool like Gohighlevel, Apollo, etc. In other to run leads, I can communicate with via email or phone calls, as part of Telemarketing .My goal is to convert individuals as a Sales person to clients , in other to make money for the company and more money for myself
