I’m a creative professional with a unique blend of skills in graphic design, eLearning development, and communication, shaped by years of hands-on experience across education, corporate settings, and freelance projects. What drives me most is the idea of taking something complex, messy, or ordinary and turning it into something clear, engaging, and genuinely useful for the people who need it.

My design journey really took shape during my eight years at The Learning Factory, where I learned what it means to design for real learners, not just for aesthetics. I created infographics, icons, presentation visuals, and video tutorials that broke down difficult concepts in a way that felt simple and intuitive. I worked closely with instructional designers and project managers, and I discovered that good design isn’t just about beauty, it’s about communication, pacing, flow, and empathy. Delivering consistent, brand-aligned, high-quality assets became second nature to me, and I loved being part of a team where creativity and purpose went hand in hand.

Freelancing opened the door for me to use these skills in a more personal and versatile way. Working with EMJ Coaching, I transformed static materials into modern, accessible workbooks and developed polished presentations and handbooks for NHS leadership programmes. I put a lot of thought into inclusivity and usability, making sure everything I design feels inviting, readable, and supportive for every type of learner.

I also partnered with Blooming Tree Financials, where I created corporate presentations and infographic posters that helped communicate detailed financial information in a way that made sense to clients and stakeholders. Seeing how design can completely shift the clarity and confidence of a message is something I never get tired of.

Alongside my design work, I also bring strong communication and cultural awareness through my role as a Freelance Interpreter with Aa Global. I provide confidential and accurate interpretation across different sectors, helping people understand each other in moments where clarity really matters. This work has sharpened my ability to listen deeply, stay calm under pressure, and communicate with precision skills that naturally enhance how I approach design.

With an MA in Graphic Design and a background in Communications, I’ve built a career rooted in creativity, curiosity, and care for the end user. I’m adaptable, collaborative, and genuinely love learning new tools and approaches. Whether I’m designing an eLearning asset, building a workbook, or simplifying information visually, I focus on creating work that feels polished, thoughtful, and meaningful. My goal is always the same: to make communication easier, clearer, and more engaging one project at a time.
