My journey into virtual assistance hasn’t been the easiest, but it has definitely been worth it. I started by building my skills through training at Short Term Rental Academy, and over time, I’ve grown into someone clients can rely on to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
I’ve worked as an Airbnb Co-Host and Property Arbitrage Agent, where I handled everything from guest communication to managing bookings, check-ins, and overall guest experience. I understand how important it is to respond quickly, stay organized, and make guests feel comfortable, because one small delay or mistake can affect the entire experience. That experience has really shaped how I approach every task, with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Beyond property management, I’ve also supported clients with general virtual assistant tasks like managing emails, scheduling, data entry, and customer support. I’m someone who pays attention, follows through, and doesn’t like leaving things half done. I’ve also worked on lead generation, using tools like Apollo, GetProspect, Zillow, and Trulia to find and organize quality leads, especially in the real estate space.
What sets me apart is how I work with people. I communicate clearly, I’m easy to work with, and I take my time to understand what a client actually needs, not just what’s written on paper. I’ve also had experience covering business and tech events, which has helped me become more adaptable and confident in handling different kinds of tasks and situations.
At the end of the day, I see myself as someone who makes work easier for others. I’m reliable, proactive, and always willing to learn. I don’t just complete tasks, I make sure they’re done well.
