A freelance writer with corporate background in various management capacities focusing on strategic management, frontline effectiveness, operations efficiency and service quality audit, having served in diverse industries such as education, healthcare, hospitality and logistics.

Some of my skills include copywriting, content writing, business writing, research and academic article writing as well as creative writing (some of which in the capacity of a ghost writer). Creating brand names, slogans and taglines also forms a major part of my portfolio. Apart from writing, my other services include editing & proofreading, copy typing, transcribing and translating (English-Malay-English).

I've recently started transferring my skill with words into creating purposeful art; graphic designing. I dabble in simple design work such as flyer or personalised e-card with the realistic mindset that aesthetic expression alone is not enough to convey impactful personalised message to its intended audience. Wordsmithing plays a role.

I genuinely believe that words have the power to construct or destruct. If well used, they can open any hearts and shut any mouths. I believe in reaching out to people, one heart at a time, creating awareness and changing the world, one word at a time.
