I am a self motivated, result oriented bilingual individual, who is very passionate about people, compassionate with extensive experience in customer care.

I have worked as customer care agent and my roles were giving assistance over the phone, assistance face to face, Email and text. Being a customer care agent was a very challenging position yet interesting.This is because as a customer care agent i got to connect with all sorts of customers both the difficult and the easy going customers.

Being a customer care agent, i resolved issues face to face and escalate when necessary and no matter how difficult a customer was, i made sure i gave them that WHAO experience.

Again i did sales in my comapany, i was also incharge of sales where i sold company,s products and services.

I also worked as an inbound/outbound agent where i connected with customers via phone by giving them the neccessary information on our products and services.I was awarded in 2017 as the best customer service agent by my company and working as a team was a wonderful experience. And I have experience working remotely.
