Hi, I’m Vivian ,a results-driven eCommerce Manager, Product Researcher, and Remote Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience managing high-performing online stores and helping brands thrive across marketplaces like Jumia, Shopify, and WooCommerce.

I specialize in building and scaling product listings that convert. From product research, SEO-rich copywriting, and inventory management to supplier coordination and customer support ,I handle the full lifecycle remotely, without sacrificing quality. I’ve successfully managed three eCommerce stores, with over 15,000 sales processed, all while working remotely and efficiently leading backend operations.

Currently, I work with Rhyde Co., a Spain-based electric mobility brand, where I help structure and optimize product data, write compelling product descriptions, and ensure listings are accurate, engaging, and conversion-ready. Before this, I grew my own store on Jumia Nigeria organically no ad budget, just smart listings and data-informed decisions. That experience taught me to think like a customer and act like a strategist.

I’m proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, Slack, Shopify, and various product research tools. I’m also experienced in communicating across time zones and collaborating with international teams to keep projects on track.
