Assemble the components together using constraints with suitable degrees of freedom. Transition of CAD data from parametric to ADAMS view in form of parasolid. Apply connectors and degrees of freedom in ADAMS and simulate the model for the given speed. Collect the load cycle data at the required points in the assembly and maximum load values. Fabrication of specimen for wear test according to dimensions specified by the testing laboratory. Investigating presence of Cu-TiC in the prepared specimen using XRD & EDAX method. Internship Internship on 3D Printing Machine: Carried out at SJC Institute Of Technology, MSME TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS INCUBATOR ( TBI ) ULTIMAKER 2+ Ultimaker 2+ is a FDM type 3d printer. Using the sliced 3D CAD data, the printer builds the object layer at a time on the build platform.
