I’m a detail-oriented and organized professional with an academic background in Tourism and Travel Business and hands-on experience in administrative roles. Previously, I worked as an Administrative Officer at a tourism destination, where I supported daily operations through data management, coordination tasks, and direct communication with visitors and internal teams. This role strengthened my ability to work systematically, manage information accurately, and handle responsibilities in a structured yet flexible way.
I am currently transitioning into freelance work as a Virtual Assistant, supporting clients with administrative and research-related tasks. My services include data entry, online research, email and calendar management, and customer support. I am comfortable working independently, following clear instructions, and maintaining consistency in task execution.
In addition to administrative support, I also provide English to Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Indonesia to English translation services. With a strong command of both languages, I focus on delivering translations that are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate, whether for documents, websites, or subtitles.
