Hi, I’m Afrizal.
I work across UX design, localization, and structured administrative support, with a background in Tourism and Travel Business and professional experience in operational roles within the tourism sector.
I previously worked as an Administrative Officer at a tourism destination, where I supported daily operations through structured data management, cross-team coordination, document control, and direct communication with both visitors and internal staff. This role strengthened my ability to maintain accurate records, manage spreadsheets efficiently, organize workflows, and ensure that operational systems run consistently.
In addition to administrative operations, I specialize in improving digital product clarity through UX thinking and English–Bahasa Indonesia localization. I focus on reducing user friction, improving content hierarchy, and refining microcopy to ensure that digital experiences feel intuitive and credible, particularly for multilingual audiences.
I hold the Kickoff Fundamentals of Agile Project Management badge from PMI, which enhanced my understanding of workflow structuring, task prioritization, and collaborative remote environments. I am comfortable working within tracked systems and process-based teams where accountability and consistency matter.
Whether supporting backend operations or contributing to interface improvements, I approach every task with a structured, detail-oriented mindset. My goal is to reduce operational friction, improve clarity, and help teams maintain efficient systems that scale.
