I´ve been developing my career during more

companies, I had the opportunity to work in
the electronic sector in two of the major
multinational manufacturing companies in
areas like finances, accounting, program
management; In the last decade I´ve been
working in the real state sector for small
companies, were I had the opportunity to
implement and efficient the internal
processes in administrative areas.

Industry: Real State Sector (July 2008 – now)
Business Administration Manager
Company that focus in real state sector leasing offices to Small, Medium Enterprises.
I handle the business administrative operations, along with IT, Maintenance, security and
managing partners
Activities: leasing contracts, invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash flow
,bank’s conciliations and next year budgets.
Additional to this activities, I handle all personal finances for the managing partners,
Achievements: created administrative processes to efficient the activities in different areas like
security and maintenance, improved the air conditioner infrastructure changing the older
system with the newest generation A/C saving up to 25% on the energy monthly bill

Hub Administrator
Started as Program Administrator working directly with the Latin America Program Director
consolidating all the sales reports information to present to regional plant managers. In
September 2007 I was promoted to Hub Administrator position for Nortel project inside the
Program management area making invoices, inventory control, auditing, conference with the
customers (backlog reports) and also working together with Laredo, Tx team counterpart.

Accounts Payable Supervisor
Started as Accounts Payable Processor and after one year I was promoted to Accounts Payable
Leader for México Division and finally I was promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor for
Flextronics Latin America Ltd division and Flextronics Singapore. I planed, organized and
supervised the suppliers payments among Latin America with a team of 12 payment
processors, and made weekly reports to Finance Director.
Achievements: In a period of 12 months we reduced by 1 million USD the suppliers payment
debt balances, and created control process to be more efficient in our customer service.

Industry: Real State (March 1999 to January 2000)
Financial Analyst
During this period in the company I was working as accounts payable processor and accounts
receivable department for customers that bought their houses in Guadalajara south city area.
My last job in this company was financial analyst, where I worked with other departments to
obtain the information and make the corporative reports.

Industry: Customer Service to Xerox Mexicana Concessionaire (June 1996 to November 1998)

Made the accounts receivable activities, bank deposits and bank conciliation, payroll for the

delivered to Xerox Mexicana.
Results: Along with the manager, implemented a process to control the area
