I have accumulated over two years of experience as a virtual assistant/ social media manager. Throughout those years, I helped a brand reach their target audience by creating ideas and engaging posts in order to get engagements. By doing this, I was able to increase engagements by 28%. From having below 10 thousand views to having over 20 thousand in views and engagements.

Also, I have helped with basic assistant tasks like email management, calendar management, setting up/ scheduling meetings, creating presentation slides, writing on some research topics, implementing some problem solving ideas, etc.

My soft skills include good communication, people skills, adaptability, patience, time management, organization, prioritization, and anticipating clients' needs. As well my technical skills also include Google Workspace, managing a client's inbox and calendar, scheduling, creating slides, travel research/ itinerary/ booking, creating meeting agendas, creating meeting minutes, data entry/ expense tracking, and social media maintenance.
