Over the years, I’ve built a solid foundation that combines people management, digital communication, and tech-enabled support all of which now fuel my work as a Virtual Assistant. With a background spanning education leadership and small business operations, I’ve mastered the art of staying organized, keeping people informed, and solving problems before they escalate.
My journey began in the classroom and evolved into leading teams, resolving stakeholder concerns, and implementing systems that improved performance and communication. As a Vice Principal, I wasn’t just managing schedules or responding to parent concerns,I was redesigning communication workflows, digitizing reporting processes, and helping my team transition smoothly into using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and spreadsheets for daily tasks. That experience taught me how to think big, lead calmly, and adapt quickly.
Currently, I’m deepening my tech experience as an IT Support Intern, where I handle customer tickets, manage CRMs like HubSpot, resolve issues via Freshdesk, and schedule client meetings using platforms like Calendly and Picktime. I work across collaborative tools like Trello and Asana to keep projects moving, tasks assigned, and clients updated. I understand the importance of timely communication and follow-through skills that come naturally to me after years of managing people, expectations, and time-sensitive needs.
I’m also no stranger to multitasking and accountability. Running a small business taught me how to manage inventory, respond to customer concerns, handle transactions, and keep meticulous records all while delivering excellent service. From data entry to customer interaction, I’ve done it all with a level of detail and consistency that leaves no room for guesswork.
Tech-savvy, people-smart, and process-oriented,that’s how I’d sum it up. I bring clarity where there’s confusion, structure where there’s chaos, and calm where there’s pressure. Whether it’s managing a calendar, handling support tickets, documenting internal processes, or improving team coordination, I step in with purpose and get things done.
