Aerick Estrella

Hi, My name is Aerick Estrella and I am located in the Philippines. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management and I graduated from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines. I’ve also gone for an internship in Faena Hotel Miami Beach for a year. Most of my experience came from the hospitality industry from which I can tell that it's always been about customer service. Ever since my training during college I have been exposed to a lot of different people and has always been trying to cater to their needs and deliver quality experience. During my internship in Faena Hotel Miami Beach I gained a lot more knowledge when it comes to luxury dining experience. I was assigned in one of the restaurants, Pao by Paul Qui which is a 4-star restaurant and during my training I've always been following Forbes Travel guide standards all throughout.
