I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years now, most of miy experience is for customer service job I started wayback 2012 as a CSR for an AT&T campaign after a year and a month working I was luckily promoted as a QA analyst then got promoted again as a Team Manager . I had to leave the post becase I got into accident when I was on my way home. I bounced back in the industry a Technical advisor for an Online Learning System campaign , I had to leave because the compensation package that was promised was not given correctly. Then I found myself for and IOS campaign as Technical advisor . I can easily grasp changes, with proper training I believe I can do well for this job.
