Adriene Tan

As someone who is detail-oriented and self-motivated, I have practical experience with bookkeeping, data entry, and encoding. A significant portion of my work experience is in the context of financial record keeping and maintaining data- where accuracy, confidentiality, as well as organization is key. I am proud to say that I am responsible in dealing with sensitive information and keeping well-organized, up-to-date records.

I started as a Bookkeeper and Encoder/Data Entry at EG Company. In my bookkeeping role, maintaining records and preparing reports using spreadsheets has accustom me to the handling of sensitive financial data with care and professionalism and develop a solid adaptation to new tools and office processes assisting with running expenses for the company. In my Encoder/Data Entry role, I work with raw and organized data encoding it to process, which is my primary role. This made me develop analytical thinking and attention to details, especially during peak times. I have taken part in organizing financial documents and support record-keeping systems. From this I not only learned time management, but a great deal of time management, learning to complete tasks quickly and efficiently under pressure.

Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Financial Management at Colegio de San Pascual Baylon. I was founded with strong knowledge in finance from my studies, which I apply to my daily job.

My favourite part of any job is contributing toward a common goal with a team of people who share the same ideals, this being both personally & professionally beneficial to my growth. To this end, I hope to develop into the finance and accounting space; my ambition is to gain further skills & experience to enable me to undertake greater responsibilities in the organization.

In general, I am a person who should be reliable, goals or result-oriented and prefers to do quality work, whether it is data management, finance records or office supports.
