I have several years of administrative and research assistant experience behind me. This has included tasks such as database updates, data quality control, data entry, filing of paper forms, and work with Microsoft Office, including creating mailings and spreadsheets. I have also used Qualtrics in my research experience to administer surveys and register research participants.
I also have several years of customer service experience. While the majority of these roles were done in person, I feel comfortable taking this experience and applying it to a remote role. Some of my tasks in these positions including answering telephones, corresponding via email, and problem-solving.
