Adrian Langenhoven

I have 18yrs IT experience from customer service to technical lead. I've worked for IBM, Deloitte&Touche and much more as a support engineer to server support and customer service.

I started my own consulting firm in 2010 and this allowed me to design,build and support IT solutions for clients small, medium and enterprise. In 2013 we chose a open source ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to sell to clients that would require a full business solution in 1 system from CRM, Finance, Project Management, Fleet etc. We grow that business department into a 4 million Rand a year business. Its being supported by resellers and development is done by remote developers.

This is my personal attributes:

• I'm really into both task clarity and uncertainty, but would rather spend most of my time making sense out of uncertainty.
• I love team activities, and although I enjoy individual work as well, I would rather spend the majority of my time as a team member.
• I really like both being self-directed and receiving guidance, but would rather spend the majority of my time being independent.
• I love thinking practically, and although I enjoy thinking conceptually as well, I would rather spend much more of my time working on practical tasks.
• I love both going on intuition and fact based decision-making, but would rather spend the majority of my time basing my decisions on fact.
• I love critical analysis, and although I'm okay with being accepting as well, I would rather spend the majority of my time challenging current thinking.
• I love both exploration and established processes, and want to balance my time between them.
• I'm really into leaving others to their own devices, and although I like it much more than providing guidance, I still want to balance my time between them
• I really enjoy challenging, and although I like promoting harmony as well, I would rather spend much more of my time challenging people.
• I love acting with complete information, and although I'm okay with moving quickly as well, I would rather spend the majority of my time making sure it is right.
• I'm really into both being publicly acknowledged and modesty
