Hi, I’m Adrián — a Project Manager specialized in training and HR development projects.

For over a decade, I’ve designed and managed corporate training programs, both online and in-person, for teams of all sizes. I’ve worked on end-to-end learning initiatives: needs analysis, content design, LMS implementation, onboarding programs, soft skills academies, and leadership development paths.

Most of my experience comes from the consulting and automotive sectors, where I’ve learned to manage complexity, tight timelines, and cross-functional teams — always with a strong focus on real business impact.

I combine a strategic view with hands-on execution. I’m used to translating HR and learning goals into structured, actionable projects, and making sure they actually stick.
