I am an entry-level professional actively seeking a remote opportunity in eCommerce and dropshipping support. I have completed my higher secondary education in the Science stream and also hold a Software Programmer Certificate, which has helped me develop a basic technical mindset, computer proficiency, and logical problem-solving skills.

I have knowledge of eCommerce order processing workflows and understand how online orders are managed at an operational level. This includes reviewing incoming orders, confirming order details, checking order status, updating tracking information, and maintaining accuracy in order records. My understanding of these processes comes from self-learning, observation, and continuous practice. I am transparent about my experience level and focus on building skills honestly rather than claiming work experience I do not have.

I am comfortable working with Google Sheets for tasks such as data entry, updating order-related information, organizing records, and maintaining clean and structured data. I understand how important accuracy and consistency are when handling order and customer information, especially in remote work environments where clear documentation is essential.

I also have a foundational understanding of dropshipping business operations, including how online stores, suppliers, and order fulfillment processes are connected. I understand the importance of timely order processing, correct data handling, and following established procedures to ensure smooth business operations.
