Undertake financial management assessments of the project and provide FM implementation support for ongoing
projects covering project budgeting, internal controls, accounting, treasury, funds flow, financial reporting, auditing
arrangements and adequacy and suitability of project FM staff.
Monitor on-going compliance by projects with the PSPA/World Bank’s FM policies and procedures.
Conduct internal reviews and Statements of Expenditures (SOE) reviews, in conjunction with disbursement and

Review periodic Interim Financial Reports (IFR).
