I’m a project coordinator and operations specialist with a background in helping international teams stay organized and hit their goals. I’ve spent the last two years working in remote and hybrid settings, mostly focusing on making sure complex projects for U.S.-based clients run smoothly without any delays.

Lately, I’ve been working at Cache Labs as a Project Coordinator. My day-to-day involves managing 15+ clients across different time zones which means I’m very comfortable with the "night shift" or early morning hours to match U.S. schedules. I use Asana and Trello to keep everyone on track, and I’m proud of the fact that I helped reduce our project delays by 30% just by fixing our risk management process.

Previously at DAI Research and Advisory Services. I was out in the field managing a team of 8 people for an economic study involving Harvard Business School. I spent a lot of time in Advanced Excel creating pivot tables and dashboards to track our progress in real-time.

I am an Indian citizen available for remote work across all time zones. I am a fast learner, comfortable with new software, and available to start immediately.
